I came across this little initiative: And it got me thinking: many of the listed companies are heavily into AI. I did a quick check and it looks like pretty much all the top S&P are all involved in AI in some way or another, if it's not their main business already: 1. Nvidia 2. Apple Inc. 3. Microsoft 4. Amazon 5. Alphabet Inc. (Google) 6. Meta Platforms (Facebook) 7. Tesla, Inc. 8. Broadcom 9. Berkshire Hathaway 10. Walmart ... (It's easy to check: try googling \*$company_name* + "AI". Note, https://www.slickcharts.com/sp500) I personally don't see the value in AI, other than riding in my dad's tesla and it occasionally trying to kill us.
Happy Valentines Day America! Sorry, no spicy pics, however i did break my resolution to not make any more political logos ever again. The current state of affairs is just so bad, and i decided it would be a terrible shame if it all went to shit without me ever expressing my dissatisfaction. Anyway, I get more and more disappointed with online print shops these days, so my plan is to makes some stencils on either my printer or engraver, and then do some DIY personalized gear for friends and family(I included the stencil files).
p.s. I never used to consider myself a democrat, however, i think at this point, if you aren't one now then there is something wrong with your brain. I'm not a doctor though, so feel free to disagree. ;)

January is over, and it is finally getting somewhat warmer, though there is still a thick crust of ice everywhere. I had a few little mishaps from the storm including punching some holes in my nice asphalt deck while trying to clear snow-crusts, my bee-shed tried to collapse, and my wooden snow-plow broke(pics in last month). Also, i'm still working on getting all the materials for filtering beeswax and making candles(will show more pics when i'm done). The dog'o really enjoyed the snow. We had some thick ice on the pond, though i didn't really get much time for skating, as i was occupied pretty wholely plowing snow on the tractor. It still looked pretty thick when i drove past this morning, though the temp today is in the 40's and i'm not sure how long it will last things keep being warm. In other news, my primary doctor is retiring. I was pretty impressed since switching to him a few years back. It's too bad healthcare is such a zoo - hopefully the next guy is just as good. So far though, i have had a good experience with everyone i have met at BRMC. Anyway, hopefully i make some progress on stuff this month!
